You will hear a lot of ambitious talk here. Some of it lands, some of it does not.

People treated the mission seriously without being sanctimonious about it. Good balance.

The manager gave real air cover during a customer escalation. I did not have to defend the team in public.

When leadership changed, the whole vibe changed. Not worse, just different. Adjustment took a couple of quarters.

Great people. Weak process. Fast growth papers over the second one until it doesnt.

Onboarding buddy program was excellent. I still get coffee with mine two years later.

Growth path for people managers was clear. IC path had gaps that were awkward to navigate.

Honestly a mixed bag. Great mentors on one project, then a rough manager the next quarter.
