A few loud voices dominated the culture conversation. It was fine most of the time, but not always.

Health benefits were excellent and used without judgement. Mental health days were a normal calendar entry.

The culture handbook and the actual culture were roughly the same document. That is not always the case.

Nobody worked crazy hours except by choice. That is more unusual in this industry than it should be.

Skip-levels were real and useful. My skip actually remembered what I said between meetings.

Feedback culture was live and unfiltered. Great when things are going well, tougher during a bad quarter.

You will get honest feedback here whether or not you want it. If you do want it, this is a great place.

Documentation was chaotic. Half the tribal knowledge lived in one senior engineers head.

Learning budget was real, not just a policy. I used mine every year and nobody blinked.

This is a good place if you want to become a better collaborator. It is a hard place if you want to be a lone wolf.

Honestly a mixed bag. Great mentors on one project, then a rough manager the next quarter.
