Feedback went both ways. My manager took a rough 360 seriously and changed a couple of habits.

The lead was consistent. What they said in one-on-ones matched what they said in group settings. That built trust fast.
2025-04-29[soft-verified · web match][avg 4.0]c:4 f:5 g:5 wl:2 rec:4currentworked: 2024 – 2023
When we missed a target, the conversation was about what to change, not who to blame.

Hiring bar was high, but the interview loop was respectful. No trick questions, no gotchas.

The lead was clear about what would get me promoted and what would not. I appreciated the bluntness.
