2025-07-11[soft-verified · web match][avg 3.4]c:3 f:5 g:2 wl:5 rec:2currentworked: 2023 – 2024
The org loved OKRs a little too much. Sometimes the ceremony became the work.
2025-06-17[unverified][avg 3.6]c:3 f:3 g:4 wl:5 rec:3currentworked: 2024 – 2025
You could take real vacation without the phone buzzing. Coverage was planned, not improvised.
2025-01-25[unverified][avg 3.2]c:2 f:4 g:3 wl:4 rec:3formerworked: 2022 – 2022
You could push back on a decision without getting labelled difficult. That is rare, in my experience.
2024-11-18[unverified][avg 3.8]c:3 f:4 g:2 wl:5 rec:5formerworked: 2024 – 2023
The manager was better at growing juniors than challenging seniors. That was a pattern across the org.
2024-10-19[hard-verified · work email][avg 3.0]c:2 f:5 g:2 wl:3 rec:3formerworked: 2024 – present
The team had strong opinions and expressed them. Debates were not personal, which was refreshing.
2024-04-17[soft-verified · web match][avg 3.8]c:4 f:5 g:4 wl:4 rec:2currentworked: 2021 – 2022
The org rewarded delivery over polish. Sometimes I wished for the reverse on customer-facing work.
2024-04-11[unverified][avg 2.4]c:2 f:2 g:4 wl:2 rec:2formerworked: 2023 – 2025
People treated the mission seriously without being sanctimonious about it. Good balance.
