When we missed a target, the conversation was about what to change, not who to blame.

The bar for feedback was high. Vague praise was called out; specific critique was welcomed.

Skip-levels were real and useful. My skip actually remembered what I said between meetings.

Team norms were written down and revisited. That helped a lot when new folks joined.

Great place for the first three years, then the reorg drained the good will. YMMV after new leadership.

The pace was intense but the outcomes were real. I built things I am still proud of.

Growth conversations happened once a year and then evaporated. Follow-through was the weak spot.

Salary review conversations were held before the number was locked in. That felt unusually adult.

Onboarding buddy program was excellent. I still get coffee with mine two years later.
