Everyone was competent. That sounds obvious; it is not always the case elsewhere.

You will get honest feedback here whether or not you want it. If you do want it, this is a great place.

Fair place if you kept your head down. Rewarding place if you volunteered for the messy work.

The manager was newer than half the team and it showed. Grew into the role over about a year.
- 2025-07-26[unverified][avg 3.6]c:2 f:5 g:5 wl:2 rec:4formerworked: 2023 – 2023
Culture varied wildly across pods. Ask about your specific team, not the company brand.
- 2025-07-06[soft-verified · web match][avg 2.8]c:3 f:2 g:3 wl:3 rec:3formerworked: 2024 – 2022
Growth here was mostly through side-projects. If you waited for someone to hand you scope, you would wait a while.
- 2025-02-16[hard-verified · work email][avg 4.2]c:4 f:5 g:3 wl:5 rec:4currentworked: 2023 – 2023
The culture was less scrappy than the recruiter suggested. Bigger company energy in a lot of ways.

Cross-functional partners took forever to reply. Half the delays were just Slack silence.

Work life was fine until quarter-end, then it was fine again. Nothing outrageous.
